Service and Maintenance of Refrigeration Equipment

As a manufacturer of specialised refrigeration equipment Farm Electronics Ltd inevitably get requests for service from our valued customers. In the past most of these requests were dealt with by our in house service capability and any requests for warranty work will still be dealt with in this way. New legislation which requires the equipment to be leak tested at regular intervals has now come into force and it has become necessary to find refrigeration contractors in different areas of the U.K. who can carry out this work. As these contractors are fully conversant with our equipment it makes sense to pass on any service requests to them as well.

Many problems can be resolved with a telephone call to ourselves and would not require a site visit, so a call to us would be preferable in the first instance. Should a site visit be necessary we can liase with the nearest contractor to carry out any necessary work or you may have a contractor you would prefer to call.

Requests for routine work, leak testing etc., to conform to current legislation, can be made to our preferred contractors directly. This has the advantage of a more rapid response, lower travelling costs and having a company with knowledge of your particular system. We are quite happy to work with your nominated service engineer to provide drawings, set up information or service procedures.
