Electrical Control Panels & Sensors Control Panels Farm Electronics has built fully integrated electrical control panels for over 30 years From the very simple DOL motor starter to Star-Delta, Soft Start or Frequency Speed Inverter we can build the solution. Only high quality control gear and components are used throughout to ensure long term reliability. We only use leading manufacturers motor control and frequency inverters as standard. PLC‘s can be programmed and incorporated into any of our panels when required. All our panelsare supplied with CAD drawings of control, power and schematic detail. Replacement drawings held on our computers can be supplied FOC at any time in the future. The control panels are custom made: they are always attuned to the right systems.The panels are controlled using mounted relays on a printed circuit, which ensures a high level of certainty. The control panel itself is manufactured in way that it can be fitted in air shaft. The covers are mounted with sponge rubber which makes the panels completely water tight. The control panels communicate with the Vision Control climate computer in order to realise the maximum efficiency in the storage. TMU The Measurement Unit (TMU) is a measurement unit that gathers data in the storage facility, like product- and room temperature, relative humidity and CO2 levels Each TMU is fitted with 16 inputs, which are meant to collect the measurement data. The measurement unit is mounted in a dustfree and watertight box. The TMU is used in combination with the Vision Control climate computer, to ensure a maximum storage efficiency, but it can also be used as a standalone unit. In combination with the Vision Control, the storage of the products can thus be optimised Wire sensor The wire sensor measures the temperature in the duct, in the room or at the evaporator and is connected to the climate computer. The measured temperature is basic information for product storage. Cable sensor 5.0 m The product sensor of 5 m measures the product temperature at several places in the bulk storage. In this way, possible temperature differences between top and bottom are clear. This is basic information for product storage, and with this information the climate computer to be set up optimally. Product sensor 1m The product sensor measures the temperature of the product in storage. This is basic information for the storage of products. The sensors are available in various lengths. A 100 cm probe is suitable for bulk storage. Product sensor 0.6 m The product sensor measures the temperature of the product in storage. This is basic information for product preservation. The sensors are available in various lengths of 60 cm for crate storage. Product humidity sensor The product humidity sensor measures the humidity of the potatoes, so that unnecessary weight loss can be minimised. The measured value can be read out in the Vision Control.
