Usually the evaporator fans are houses within a package refrigeration unit and can be used for both ambient and refrigerated ventilation. However in some instances (usually retrofitting equipment into existing stores) we need to add standalone evaporator fans into ducts to work with the refrigeration system due to the location of the equipment.
